Vision Workshop Updates

This video covers the step-by-step process of editing elements on the website and custom values for the Vision Workshop and Replay Videos. Soon I hope to have a form that you can just fill out without having to update all the different areas.

Upcoming Events

In this video, I provide an overview of the upcoming events page and discuss recent changes. I address the issue of the registration closed page and suggest renaming it as an archive. I also seek clarification on the coaching page and its current usage. Additionally, I explain how to hide or unhide sections on the page and provide instructions on editing event details. Finally, I mention the possibility of adjusting the layout for better alignment. Please review the video for further details and let me know if you have any questions or need additional adjustments.

Updating Videos on the Website

Editing Custom Values

Custom Values globally update the system so it will save you time from having to edit each piece of content individually. Custom values also trigger elements in the workflows

Access: Settings->Custom Values

Then use the pencil icon to edit the value and save.

WARNING: Be careful to not delete

Opportunity Management

Opportunity cards are created as actions take place in the system. Opportunities can also trigger different actions. These actions can be customized over time. Contact cards can also be dragged and dropped as needed.

Managing Contacts

The contact manager has many powerful features including sending emails and text messages directly from the system. Anything sent from the system will also be tracked inside of the contact record. You can access anything that has happened with that contact.

Editing Timer Elements

Timer elements should be edited based on the time and day of events taking place so the correct content will be revealed as needed. Time elements trigger other page elements to either be hidden or revealed.

Reviewing Surveys/Questionnaires

Although you will get notifications when surveys are submitted, you can access them inside of the system by going to "Sites" and in the top navigation you will see a link to "Surveys"

Replay Timer

The timer is only accessible on the page itself currently. and cannot be modified with custom values. It would be best if you update the expiration time at the same time up you upload a new reply so that the timing of the expiration matches up with the workflow.
